WaterScape Job Description

CONSTRUCTION TEAM LABORER, REPORTS TO THE PROJECT MANAGER

TYPICAL DUTIES:

· Assist with the construction of WaterScape water features, including ponds, pondless, fountainscapes.

o Excavation

o Plumbing

o Rocking 

o Lighting

o Liner installation

o Installation of products and equipment

o Operate Equipment and tools

o Site Cleanup

o Other as assigned

· Assist with Landscaping 

o Planting

o Mulching

o Land Preparation

o Other as assigned

· Maintenance

o Assist with Water Feature Openings

o Water Feature Maintenance

o Assist with Seasonal Closings and Storage

o Other as assigned

· Team Duties

o Help Load and Unload Trucks and Trailers

o Keep vehicles including trailers and equipment clean and organized

o Comply with Safety rules

o Keep the shop and property organized

o Assist with other duties as assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

· Valid and good driving record

· Able to lift up to 75 lbs

· Bend, stoop and squat throughout day

· Work outside in varying weather conditions

· Good Communication skills and a “team player”

· Travel to various job locations during the shift

· Able to work M-F and occasional Saturdays if necessary

· Ideal candidate with be enthusiastic and eager to learn, good listening skills and can follow directions 

· Water Feature Experience is preferred but not necessary.
